Clinton Greyling
Mr. Greyling is the founder of Charms Investments Ltd, a firm that specializes in corporate development activities for public and private companies. Mr. Greyling, the founder and director, is the visionary leader behind Charms Investments. His dream is to raise capital, guarantee a successful future for your company, and give you the possibility of gaining public acquisitions/mergers. Mr. Greyling has been responsible for raising over $50 million in capital for public and private companies he consulted with. He is a consultant to both institutional and private investors in evaluating and structuring investments in public companies. He has experience and expertise involving reverse mergers and acquisitions, consulting on public company regulatory and financial issues, listing private companies on public exchanges, transitioning public companies to higher profile exchanges, and general capital markets advisory. Mr. Greyling continues to capitalize on his knowledge and experience to enable Charms Investments to empower entities all over the world to compete in the global economy.

John Zukowski
Mr. Zukowski serves as Director of Charms Investments Ltd. Since 2005, Mr. Zukowski has been involved in a variety of capacities within the reverse mergers/acquisitions industry, and has also been involved with over twenty-five merger and acquisitions at both the public and private level. Furthermore, Mr. Zukowski is involved as a consultant in the investment industry, gaining experience in a full range of financial instruments. Some of his responsibilities include corporate development and communications, as well as the management of all public and investor relations. Mr. Zukowski has a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Florida.

David Price
David Price, Esq. is the Company’s securities counsel and is located in Washington, D.C. Mr. Price received his B.A. from University of Maryland in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from Antioch (DC) School of Law in 1996 (Law Review, Who’s Who of American Law Students). He is a member of the Corporate Lawyer’s Association, Euro-American Lawyers Group, Association of U.S. Securities Attorneys, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Price’s practice areas include corporate law, securities matters, internal investigations, white collar issues, and arbitration/mediation. He has the following Bar affiliations: Maryland (since 1996); eligible for District of Columbia; United States District Court (District of Maryland); Court of Appeals, District of Columbia; United States District Court for the District of Columbia; United States Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Kevin Smith
Kevin is the founder of Capital Trust Management LLC., a consulting firm in the mergers and acquisition industry. Kevin has teamed with Mr. Greyling and Mr Zukowski since 2005. He is involved in locating public shells available for reverse mergers, communicating with both public and institutional lenders as well as investor relations. Kevin has a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Delaware.

Damon Artis
Mr. Artis has managed several firms and has overseen the management of numerous successful equity portfolios, with over 12 years of experience in the venture capital arena. Currently he sits as an advisory board member enabling Mr. Artis to bring bridge financing, financial research to any management team. Mr. Artis also holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in management. Mr. Artis has experience managing multiple entities simultaneously. Mr. Artis has completed several private offerings raising over $5 million in equity assets.
